SHIPPING

GloH2o generally takes 2-3 business days to process orders in our Distribution Centre, but there are rare occasions during periods of heavy order volume when processing can take a little longer. 

Depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout please see below our standard stated delivery times and prices: 

Standard Tracked (Please allow 3 - 5 Working Days from Dispatch): £2.90

Express Tracked (Please allow 2 - 3 Working Day) : £3.90

Next Day Delivery (Only applies to orders placed before 1pm): £5.99

Any next day delivery orders placed after 1pm will be delivered on the following working day.

Free standard UK shipping is available on all orders over £30 and take approx 3-5 working days. 

 International Shipping:

Tracked International Shipping (Please Allow 7-10 Business Days for Delivery): £8.99

Free standard International  shipping is available on all orders over £50 and take approx 7-10 working days. 

GloH2o cannot be held responsible for the additional time it takes for your order to clear customs.

Unfortunately we cannot modify any order once they have been processed as all sales are final.

All of our promotions and discount codes have an expiry date and are not valid after this date. Be sure to keep a look out for our flash sales and offers via our social media or emails, so you don't miss out. 

Sometimes if your payment method declines, you may see a pending transaction on your account. don't worry this will be released normally within a few business days. If you feel like you have been incorrectly charged for any other reason, just fill out the contact form below and a member of the team will be in touch to assist. 

We are sorry to hear that your GloH2o goodies haven't arrived with you just yet. All of our orders are fully tracked and you should have received an email with the tracking number on and a link. We suggest trying this first to find out the location of your order, as our delivery partners may have already attempted a delivery. If you are still having issues, just complete the contact form below and the team will be in touch to assist. 

In the rare instance that your goods have arrived damaged, please take a photograph of the product and packaging. Complete the contact form below and a member of the team will respond, where we will request imagery via email and resolve any issues. 

All of our products have been carefully and lovingly developed from the best in natural ingredients and have all been classed safe for even sensitive skin. 

However we always suggest a patch test 24 hours before initial use as everyones skin is different. A full ingredient list is available for on each product page, so you know exactly what you're using. 

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an order, before we have dispatched. You must contact our team on info@beautologybeauty.com or complete the contact form below Advice about your legal right to cancel your order is also available from your Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to receive the return of any of our products once shipped. All sales are final. 

When your GloH20 Product is delivered, you may notice a clear band, which circles the top of the jar. We make every effort to make the whole product eco-friendly and dissolvable, however there are some hygiene regulations which we have to abide by. Therefore we place a perishable rubber hygiene band around the top of the jar, which can also help seal the lid and prevent external sources getting into the product. If the band slips down, just gentle pull it upwards to reseal.  

When you have finished with the jar, just remove this band and place in the bin, before dissolving the jar. Don't worry, as it's rubber it will still degrade over time.
